Technical Customer Support

Without the support team, our customer experience would not be complete. This team focuses on ensuring our customers are trained on all our products as well as providing assistance as soon as they need it.

A solid team represented in four regions dedicates as much time as necessary either face to face or telephonically to ensure our customers get the best value from our products.

You will receive hands-on training to ensure your success in this role.

What we look for when hiring for the Technical Customer Support Team:

  • Positive attitude, trusting nature and customer orientated
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role
  • Good technical experience (both face to face and telephonic)
  • Some roles may require you have your own car and driver’s license
  • Experience in the marketing/advertising/digital industry highly advantageous
